These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the relationship between the micro-enterprise ⟡Macram'Elo Créations⟡, represented by Elodie Bureaux, registered with the Trade and Companies Register and the Chamber of Crafts and Trades of Reims under SIRET 977 840 792 00021, with its registered office at 55 rue Pierre Curie, 51230 Fère-Champenoise, and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase on the e-commerce site www.macramelo-creations.com, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) define the rights and obligations between the company ⟡Macram'Elo Créations⟡ and the buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.macramelo-creations.com.
The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing their order.
Before any transaction, the buyer declares, on the one hand, that the purchase of products on the site www.macramelo-creations.com is not directly related to their professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use, and on the other hand, that they have full legal capacity to commit to these general terms and conditions of sale.

The products offered are those listed on the website www.macramelo-creations.com, namely, handmade fantasy jewelry and accessories made with materials such as waxed polyester, stainless steel, brass, natural stones and various beads, as well as recycled items from upcycling.
Unique pieces are in stock, while some models are made to order to avoid excess inventory.
The company ⟡Macram'Elo Créations⟡ reserves the right to modify its product assortment at any time for diversification. Each product is presented on the website with a description and photos, highlighting its main characteristics (e.g., colors, composition, dimensions, use...).
The photographs are as faithful as possible but do not bind ⟡Macram'Elo Créations⟡, as each creation is handmade, slight variations may appear compared to the photographs presented on the site. The product photographs are therefore not contractual, except for unique pieces (as they are not reproduced).

✦ IV. Order-Price-Payment ✦
IV-I. Order
Orders are prepared within 24 to 72 hours, only if the ordered items are in stock.
Some items are made to order, so a delay of 1 to 4 weeks maximum applies before the order is shipped. The buyer will be informed if this is the case. The designer will make the jewelry or other items as soon as possible after order validation.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and the description of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will be handled within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.
In certain cases, notably default of payment, erroneous address, or other problem on the buyer's account, ⟡Macram'Elo Créations⟡ reserves the right to block the buyer's order until the problem is resolved.
In case of unavailability of the ordered product, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel their order. The buyer will then have the choice to request either a refund of the amounts paid within 14 days at the latest of their payment, or an exchange of the product.

IV-II. Price
The company ⟡Macram'Elo Créations⟡ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but commits to apply the rates in force indicated at the time of the order, subject to availability on that date.
Prices listed on product pages are in euros (€) and are not subject to VAT, according to article: art. 293 B du CGI.
Prices do not include shipping costs, which are charged extra and indicated before order validation. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the items.
In case of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, the buyer is the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of the company ⟡Macram'Elo Créations⟡. These customs duties will be borne by the buyer and are their full responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in their country.

This is an order with payment obligation, meaning that placing the order implies payment by the buyer on the day of the order.

V-I. Delivery
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the timeframe indicated on the order validation page. The buyer is therefore required to check at the time of order that the delivery address is correct to avoid any delay or delivery error.
In case of shipment delay by the company ⟡Macram'Elo Créations⟡, an email will be sent to the buyer to inform them of any possible consequence on the delivery time indicated to them.

✦ VIII. Returns, Exceptions, and Refunds✦
VIII-I. Returns
In accordance with article L121-20-12 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 working days from the delivery of your order to request a return, for exchange or refund without penalty, excluding return shipping costs which remain your responsibility.

For any return due to "breakage" (open, lost, broken rings, untied knots, etc.), the buyer must contact customer service by explaining the situation and sending us photos via the dedicated form:
VIII-II. Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
VIII-III. Exceptions and non-returnable items
According to article L 221-28 of the Consumer Code, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
For items on sale, promotion, or purchased with a promo code, you will be refunded at the same price as shown on your invoice. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns about a specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, after filling out the return form and once it has been validated by us. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. VIII-IV. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

✦ IX. Legal Guarantees ✦
IX-I. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
The company ⟡Macram'Elo Créations⟡ guarantees the conformity of the goods sold to the contract, allowing the buyer to make a claim under the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L. 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code.
In case of invocation of the legal guarantee of conformity, it is recalled that the buyer benefits from a period of 2 years from the delivery of the goods to act.
The buyer can choose between repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided for in article L. 217-17 of the Consumer Code.
The buyer is not required to prove the non-conformity of the goods during the 24 months for new goods (6 months for second-hand goods) following delivery of the goods.
This guarantee does not cover defects caused by abnormal or improper use or resulting from modification or transformation of the product.
IX-II. Legal Guarantee for Hidden Defects
In accordance with articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code, the company ⟡Macram'Elo Créations⟡ guarantees against hidden defects that may affect the goods sold.
It will be up to the buyer to prove that the defects existed at the time of sale of the goods and are such as to render the goods unfit for their intended use. This guarantee must be implemented within two years from the discovery of the defect.
The buyer can choose between rescinding the sale or a reduction in price in accordance with article 1644 of the Civil Code.
IX-III. Exclusions from Guarantee
Before shipment, each item is checked (and photographed if possible).
The company ⟡Macram'Elo Créations⟡ will not guarantee items that have suffered abnormal physical damage (burns, scratches, breakage), damage caused by oxidation (humidity, sweat, cosmetic or household products, etc.), or any other damage resulting from abnormal use (modification, transformation) of said items.

Its liability cannot be invoked for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.
