✦ What are the production times for jewelry? ✦
Production times can range from 1 to 4 weeks. Lead times may be extended in case of a high volume of orders; if this occurs, the updated times will be posted on the website.
✦ What are the jewels made of? ✦
The jewelry is woven with waxed polyester thread from the Linhasita brand, imported from Brazil. The findings are mostly made of stainless steel and brass. We also use natural stones, freshwater pearls, seed beads, bicones, and crystal or glass facets, etc. The components of each piece of jewelry are mentioned in their descriptions.
✦ Are the jewels durable? ✦
Micro-macrame jewelry is strong and durable. Their weaving with waxed polyester thread gives them excellent solidity. Moreover, they can be cleaned with water, so if the jewelry care instructions are followed, they will last you for several years.
✦ My jewelry broke/got damaged, is there a solution? ✦
If you have any problem with your jewelry or any other item from the shop, please contact us using the after-sales service form below, filling it out completely and adding photos:
This service will be accepted under certain conditions; we will ask you to send us good quality photos to identify the problem as precisely as possible and tell you if a restoration/repair is possible. If the answer is positive, you will then need to return the jewelry to us in proper packaging, with shipping costs remaining at your expense.

✦ My package arrived damaged/open, what should I do? ✦
If you notice that the package is damaged or open upon delivery, you have the right to refuse it. Once the package is in the hands of the postal service, the shop is not responsible for the transport, so you will need to contact the post office.

We ship to mainland France and European countries.
✦ How do I track my package? ✦
Packages are sent with tracked letter service; the tracking number will be communicated to you as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can see where your package is.
