Scope

Pursuant to Article L121-20-12 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the company ⟡Macram'Elo Créations⟡ for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs. This applies to micro-macrame items, stainless steel items, and buy/resale items (if applicable), even if they are on sale or clearance.

For any return due to "breakage" (open, lost, or broken rings, undone knots, etc.), the buyer must contact customer service by explaining the situation and sending us photos via the form provided for this purpose:

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

According to Article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

⟢ Supply of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and, if the contract obliges the consumer to pay, the performance of which has begun with their prior and express consent and with their acknowledgment of the loss of their right of withdrawal, when the service has been fully performed by the professional;

⟢ Goods manufactured at your request or clearly personalized whose manufacturing requires specific adaptations to meet very precise technical and aesthetic requirements (for example, custom-made jewelry or accessories). The choice of options (color, finish, etc.) within the ranges of standard elements offered by the professional does not sufficiently alter the nature or destination of the goods to make them clearly personal.

Terms for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may assert their right of withdrawal and product return within 14 working days following delivery.
The customer will assert their right of withdrawal by making an unambiguous declaration by contacting customer service and specifying "withdrawal," at the following email address:

From the notification of their withdrawal, the buyer has a period of 14 days to return or give back the goods. Return costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Any withdrawal or return not made according to the rules defined above and within the given deadlines cannot be taken into account and will release the company ⟡Macram'Elo Créations⟡ from any responsibility towards the buyer.

✦ Refund ✦

After receipt and inspection of the returned items, the refund will be made using the same payment method used when placing the order.

Returns or exchanges of items will only be accepted for items that are complete, intact, and in their original packaging, meaning with full packaging, including original accessories (pouches, boxes, gifts, etc.), allowing for their resale.
Cash on delivery returns are not accepted.
